Shipping Policy

DELIVERY

Items are usually delivered within 5-7 working days in the UK. Monday to Saturday, 7.30am - 6.30pm.

Please be aware that public holidays will affect your expected delivery date.

Our chosen couriers may deliver slightly earlier or later.

Once your item has been dispatched, we’ll send you an email with tracking information.

Exceptions apply to items being delivered to non-UK mainland locations.

COMPLIMENTARY SHIPPING

Free UK delivery when you spend £50 and over,

£4.50 for orders under £50.

Free express delivery for items over £100 in the UK.

PAYMENTS AND PROCESSING

Any order placed before 2pm will be processed on the same day for shipping.

Orders after this time, will be processed the following working day.

All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by the original receipt for a refund, minus shipping costs within 28 days of purchase. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Refunds take between 5-10 working days to reflect in your account for UK customers.

Exceptions apply for items returned from non- UK mainland customers.
