CAN I RETURN/EXCHANGE MY ITEM?

If you wish to return your online order, Saisha London offers a 28 day returns period from the date your parcel is signed for. For exchanges, return your original order for a refund and place a new order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For more information, please see SHIPPING POLICY.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Simply log into your account to check the status of your order. An email is also sent to update the dispatch of your items.

DO  I HAVE TO SIGN FOR MY ITEM?

Due to the high value of orders placed, we require a proof of delivery for all online orders. We are unable to authorise packages to be delivered without a signature. If no one is home to sign for the parcel it will be returned to the local delivery office, you can then re-arrange delivery or collect the item in person. This will require proof of ID.

IS A WARRANTY OR INSURANCE OFFERED ON MY JEWELLERY?

No, unfortunately we don’t insure  nor offer warranties on any jewellery for customers. Customers would be advised to make insurance for their high value or bespoke items.

HOW TO REQUEST A PRICE FOR SOME OF THE ITEMS?

Simply reach out to us using our contact page. We will aim to respond 24hrs.

CAN I AMEND/ CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes, this has to be done within an hour of placing the order. Alternatively please email us via our contact form within an hour of your placed order.

I MISSED OUT ON A PROMOTION, WHAT CAN BE DONE? 

Once a promotion is finished, we are unable to offer any discounts past the promotion date. If you are unsure about applying for a discount, please contact us within the duration of the promotion, we will aim to respond within 2 hours.
